Low-Light Photography

The Nikon D700 is one heck of a camera. 

I love shooting with fast primes at night when the colors just "pop." in the frame and the contrast really stands out nicely.

The first photo was shot with a Nikkor 28-70 f/2.8 and the rest shot with a Nikkor 50 f/1.4 shot between f/1.4 and f/2. They were shot at ISO's between 1600 and 6400. Amazing.

I was down at East Village Coffee Lounge and made some nice feature photos during their weekly open mic night.

Feature photos always make for nice  images if I "find" them.
