Foie Gras Dinner

Duck Breast Stuffed with Foie Gras Mixed Baby Greens.

I went to a foie gras dinner at Andre's Bouchee on Wednesday thanks to one of my clients, winemaker Dan Tudor.

Each dish below was paired with a different wine. It was nice.

Seared Foie Gras with Pear Poire Williams Reduction.

Pike with Foie Gras Port Reduction.

Red grog.

Quail Stuffed with Foie Gras Truffle Sauce.


Foie Gras Profiteroles.
